inconsistent air conditioning loud street noise
the staff was helpful! the location was good.
The room was smaller than expected. i had issues with the air conditioning. It was inconsistent, and the temperature fluctuated. also, the noise from the street at night was quite loud. I struggled to sleep well because of it.

really good kindness efficient needs central location
the staff showed really good kindness, addressing all needs efficiently. i was upgraded to a beautiful double room. its cleanliness provided a tranquil retreat after lively explorations. its central location near iconic sights enhanced my exploration.
the room felt smaller than anticipated, limiting movement, specifically around the luggage area.

location good but issues with pricing and upselling
dishonest billing expensive walking tour
the hotel had a superb location. it was close to many attractions and restaurants, which i appreciated.
I did not like being pressured into a room upgrade. the receptionist told me it was a small nightly fee. the final bill showed a much higher charge. i also felt misled when purchasing colosseum tickets. I was sold an expensive walking tour instead of a simple entry ticket that i asked for.
